- We measure approximately 24" - 36" away from garage floor. Then we snap a straight chalk line to ensure a straight edge cut, and with a precision cutting diamond blade saw machine we cut the asphalt along the pre measured line.

- Carefully we remove damaged or sunken area while not damaging existing adjacent driveway or garage.

- Low spots and holes of cut are filled with new base gravel where is necessary and compacted. If gravel is not used, hot mix asphalt is just as good, if not better.

- Using heavy duty vibrating plate compactor applying 5000 Lbs downward force compacts and levels base materials. After compaction, we will clean the sides of new cut out area removing excess dirt and debris from machinery use.

- Then we apply a special tack coat adhesive which will be applied around the freshly cut areas ensuring proper adhesion of new asphalt.

- Once the asphalt glue is applied to the saw cut sides, we fill in areas with hot mix asphalt and professionally level areas to proper grades and slopes.
