Sbergio Bros. use Union Control Concrete in order to insure you get the best concrete. We offer all types of concrete work, including custom work and colored and patterned.

- First we set up safety boards in order to protect walls and any adjacent properties. Then the Concrete gets jack hammered or in some cases, saw cut and removed & disposed off site.

- Then we inspect the sub base and add 3/4 clear gravel or sand where needed and compacted to proper slopes and grades.

- Once sub base preparation is completed, then we will supply and install all necessary expansion joints, and 5" forms and fasten and secure tight.

- Then we will supply and install steel wire mesh as to the sub base floor in order to prevent from shrinking and cracking.

- Then we will supply and install Union Controlled concrete using 5" of 32 mpa with 6% air at 3" slump.

- Once the concrete is in place and smoothened out, we will then add the final finishes by hand troweling the edges and using an industrial motorized propelled concrete finisher.
