Concrete Walkways Curbs - All Year Round Service

Sbergio Bros. Limited. Key secret to a longer lasting driveway comes with experience and the right team and equipment and the proper compaction time needed.

- We remove all existing concrete off the site. For new concrete installations, we will remove approximately 6 to 8" below finish grade of existing pavement where concrete walkway will be installed.

- Check disturbed sub base areas and compact. Then we will supply and install 3/4" clear gravel to base or as required to ensure a moisture free contact between new concrete.

- Apply all concrete forms for curbs, and expansion joints in place and fasten all forms to secure tight.

- Install commercial concrete using 32 mpa with 6% air @ 3" slump. This type of concrete is like the city walkways and will stand to anything e.g. frost, salt etc.

- As the concrete is curing, the surfaces will be broom finished and grooved do proper spaces.

- After concrete is cured we will remove forms and clean our working areas. This also includes repairing gaps along the sides where forms are pulled out e.g. grass, dirt, asphalt etc.
