Parking Lot Replacement with Heavy Duty Specifications
4" thick - Highly Recommended - Multi Use. In some cases 5" thick.

- First asphalt gets removed and disposed.
- Sub-base gets inspected for soft spots.
- If any, we excavate areas and dispose off site.
- Then, we will rebuild soft areas with new 3/4" crushed stone.
- Supply additional 3/4" crushed stone for grading purposes.
- Then parking lot gest paved with 4" of road mix asphalt in two stages.
- The first layer of asphalt which is the base coat will be paved with 2" of HL8.
- Then a bonding agent called SS-1 Asphalt glue gets sprayed on the base coat
- Than the final coat will be paved with 2" of HL3, Highway finish grade asphalt.
