- We inspect the asphalt and identify all main suitable alligated cracked asphalt areas that is about to turn into a pot hole. Including tripping areas, low areas etc.

- Outline the areas and rout, grind edges in order to create an opening in the pavement as per routing machine so when areas get overlayed with asphalt, it will blend into the asphalt and prevent snowplows in ripping them out.

- Once all grindings are opened, we power clean the surfaces of repairs and clean out all loose materials etc. This will ensure proper bonding when we apply the asphalt glue.

- We apply asphalt glue within the outlined areas to ensure a full bond seal. This is very important so that all the asphalt will stick and will not separate during the freeze and thaw cylces.

- Once the asphalt glue is placed on the areas of repairs, a layer of road mix asphalt gets placed on top and leveled to proper slopes and grades. This should last any where from 2 to 4 years.
